Race for apartments!
Alooors what about all this? I'm always looking
the apartment of my dreams, but I think the harsh reality prevents me unfortunately. So too bad, rotten looking for a studio in our means and we will buy nice furniture, and eat at our hunger! (And soon we will have a kitten xD)
During this successful search for two months, it happened to me a lot of seeds.
A problem always comes back to our small tenant file, the "endorser" or "guarantee", which according to owners and agencies, not earning a minimum wage for a statute of caution money. But in Strasbourg has a minimum wage of 1500 euros? Knowing that most of us earn hardly SMIC xD
Obviously, me and my work half-time, they feel it is necessary and essential to have a caution money earning 3 times the rent of the apartment. I have two endorser for the time being, one who earns about 1,450 euros per month and one who earns roughly the minimum wage. But no, it's always not for apartments at 490 euros (including charges) rent = (
And our parents can not be caution money for business or family = / (although they want to be still be endorser).

During these two months I have had two proposals veeeeeery attractive (on the internet).
An Apartment 2 rooms 40m ², fully furnished, including charges for 400 € (center strasbourg)
A 3-room apartment, 76m ², fully furnished, including charges for 400 € ( strasbourg center too)
The ladies above named, Matilda Lebrequier and Amanda Mirchen eh = p
already hit the Matilda Lebrequier bothered us a lot, because once that we type his name on net, our research is completely disrupted by a French actress who bears the same name (and playing in beautiful life xD).
Both women responded quickly to our emails, and we speak very politely.
The first email is always a big block as they appear, telling their life, why is the apartment at this price point and describe fully the apartment with all the furniture s located there and we set out on the streets of this fabulous apartment. (Of course it does not give the number or the floor eh, obviously).
But always, always they say they are eager to rent it and need to rent it in the next week and there are already lots of people interested blah blah. While the announcement miraculously disappears from the site the day after his mail. Good
here it goes again, it does not smell the scam.
It's just when you propose a way to super suspicious transaction. As

Be very careful, always search the net before. Many victims are detailed reports on how people carry these unhealthy.
